Applying for Rental Properties

How to Apply for Rental Properties

• Applications are available at our reception desk.
• The credit check fee is $15 per person.
• Applications must be complete at the time of submittal and cannot be processed until the credit check fee has been paid.
• Application processing takes 1-2 days to verify income, rental references, and credit.

Applicant Requirements

• Favorable credit rating.
• 2 years rental references.
• Income equal to 3 times the rent amount.

Approved Application

• After application approval you may put a deposit on the property applied for.
• Security Deposit must be paid in full to hold the unit.
• Security Deposit must be paid for in Cash, Money Order, or Cashier's Check. No personal checks allowed for security deposits.
• The rental period can begin immediately or no later than 2 weeks after securing the property.
